4 x 8 Salt Plate

Our Himalayan salt blocks suitable for grilling, sauteing, and chilling.  Great presentation for your beautiful dishes. We love cooking corn on the cob, garlic cloves, green beans, carrots, asparagus, firm mushrooms, and more.

Recommended for gas stove top use, heating gradually until you achieve the heat you need.  Also recommended is olive oil or coconut oil, butter contains too high of a water content and will overpower the taste of the food by dissolving too much salt. 

To clean, let cool to room temperature, then run under faucet to wet, scrub off leftover cooking debris, rinse, and let dry completely.
